• Data migration from FileNet Image Services to Oracle Systems ensuring minimum system downtime for Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).
• Agency has 1TB of volume and an average daily ongoing volume before production.

Our Role

• STLogics was tasked to extract content and index data out of an existing FileNet Image.
• Serviced system and processed data for importation into IDEM’s Oracle UCM System.

Insights

• Verified how redacted documents were being migrated.
• Ensured that proper security was in effect.
• Cut over 250 20-page documents added per day.
