Multiple openings. Support design, build, test, and implementation phases and ensure adherence to technical standards. Determine business requirements and translate into technology solutions. Create, manage, and monitor Hunt Groups, Extensions, VDNs, IVR, Vectors, and Coverage Path. Administer call management system software. Generate daily agent reports. Perform server backup and troubleshooting activities. Manage and troubleshoot Analog Digital and IP phone lines. Install CVP Call Servers and Voice XML (VXML) Servers. Work with SQL Server, Oracle, and XML Publisher Reports. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, or a related field. Must have two years experience (or two years experience as a Software Engineer, or related occupation). Must have 2 year experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, and XML Publisher Reports. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
