Programmer Analysts. Multiple openings. Provide technical solutions to resolve complex business problems. Develop SQL code to perform data Inserts, Updates and Deletes with SQL Server database. Perform quality monitoring and troubleshoot applications. Design and develop applications using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technologies. Provide support for Avaya and Genesys call center products and write scripts for application development. Perform deployments using Websphere Application Server. Work with Avaya, SQL, IVR, Java, ASP, and VB Scripts. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master’s) and 1 year experience (or 1 year experience as a Developer or related occupation). Must have 1 year of experience performing quality monitoring, developing SQL code to perform data Inserts, Updates and Deletes, and working with IVR and Avaya. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
